19th century business journal: ledger, 1875-1876.

The journal of 19th century merchant, Amelia Keen, is divided into several sections -- acccounts payable, invoices, cash received, and sales. The journal also documents some family expenses. There is also a written agreement of association between Amelia Keen and A.G. Scholfield, creating the merchandising firm of Scholfield & Keen. The agreement clearly indicates the conditions of association, including how much capital each partner put up in capital stock and how each partner intended to participate in the firm.
